Trike Time!

Today, Hazel and I, while out for a very slow jog, came across a garage sale. One item in particular, caught my eye, as well as Hazel’s, a tricycle! Or as Phillip refers to it, “the ghetto bike.” He exaggerates. Sure it needs a coat of paint and has a make-shift pad on the cross bar, but it also has Nemo streamers! And for $7, it is nothing to shake your head at. We also discovered the seat moves forward and the handle bars come down. After a little tinkering, it is almost the perfect size for Hazel to ride…if she only knew how to peddle. Eventually, I plan on turning this ugly duck into a swan then perhaps one day selling it at our garage sale for $8. :)
